Well, I've not had much to say recently have I. To be fair, the last few months have been slightly trying to say the least, but things are definitely on the up.
I appear to have successfully quit the dreaded nicotine habit, though this has led to a fair delay to the next chapter of the story of the Southern Empire, and this was compounded by finding myself undergoing a minor medical procedure. On that front everything was successful and I am now back to the writing.
The first book of the new series, A Saga of Legends, should be available March/April and is tentatively entitled 'Needs of Empire'.
Work is also in the preliminary stages for the second Twistleton Chronicle, Em and the Fairy's Wings, though that probably won't be available until the summer.
In the meantime, best wishes for the year and all that, and I hope you like the picture of Avenham Park in Preston that I took this morning. I have a friend who lives in Calgary who will say that doesn't count as snowfall, but for Preston it's the equivalent of the next ice age.
Have fun
Mike
